LIVE BLOG: Orlando City vs Philadelphia Union

Cyle Larin is one goal short of setting MLS history as Orlando City SC take on the last place Philadelphia Union at the Citrus Bowl on Saturday.

Larin goes into the game tied for first place for the MLS rookie goal record with 11 and could set a new record with a goal against the Union on Saturday.

The Lions currently sit in seventh place in the Eastern Conference with 27 points and a 7-10-6 record. Orlando City is coming off of a 4-1 loss to Toronto FC on Wednesday.

FINAL: Orlando City and the Philadelphia Union play to a scoreless draw at the Citrus Bowl.

76′ Orlando City had a good look inside the box but couldn’t get a shot off.

58′ Ceren gets a head on a ball into the box by Collin but his chance goes straight to the keeper.

51′ Orlando City gets a free kick just outside the box as Larin gets taken down by a Union defender.

46′ Philadelphia starts the second half with the ball and we are under way for the second half.

HALFTIME: Orlando City and Philadelphia go into the locker rooms scoreless at the half, with Larin getting one good look at goal in the 30th minute of the first half.

First Half:

43′ Kaka found an open Luke Boden who dribbled into the box before losing the ball.

35′ Higuita comes back on the field and he looks like he’s good to continue playing.

33′ It looked like an upper body injury for Higuita, could be his left shoulder, if Orlando City has to use another sub they will have one left before halftime.

32′ Higuita is down and he looks to be in some pain.

30′ Larin gets his first chance at goal and gets a shot off that goes right at the goalkeeper.

25′ The Union get a corner kick, Philadelphia is starting to put some pressure on Orlando City.

21′ Philadelphia gets an opportunity when Sebastien Le Toux hit s the post with a shot on a breakaway. Orlando City counter attacked and Larin was taken down hard on the other side of the field for a free kick.

20′ Orlando City put together some nice passes before Collin gave up the ball with a bad pass at midfield.

15′ Redding now becomes the youngest player to play in an MLS game for Orlando City at age 18.

14′ Donovan is walked back into the locker room and Redding comes into the game as a substitute.

12′ Donovan is helped off the field and it looks like Tommy Redding will be coming into the game at center back.

11′ Connor Donovan is down holding his left knee, the trainers are out now taking a look at him.

10′ Larin hustles back on defense and makes a tackle and then gets back up field to play offense, the kid is incredible.

4′ Ceren tried to lead Ashe on a pass down the line but it was just ahead of him and goes out of bounds for a goal kick.

2′ Collin is down on the ground after a slide tackle, he gets up under his own power and will continue.

2′ Boden tries to play a ball for ward to Ashe but it is just out of reach for the speedy defender.
